PAX 2.0

Dear PAX friends,

We are happy to announce that the continuation of the PAX Moot Court and the PAX Judicial Trainings is possible thanks to the pledged funding under the JUST 2027 Programme of the European Commission. The PAX organizing team is very thankful to the European Commission for their renewed support for the coming two years.

The tentative schedule for the 2022-2023 round of PAX Moot Court will be available soon. Note that the case will be out earlier than in previous years: 21 October 2022 is the target date. We hope that all participating teams will be willing to deepen your knowledge in private international law and enhance your advocacy skills around this new case!

As foreshadowed, we look forward to hosting the competition’s oral rounds in Antwerp in early May 2023. Obviously this is all very much subject to further adjustments if circumstances require.
